You will need a bag for each group containing:
2 cupcake liners
1 piece of aluminum foil 6" square
2 index cards
12 pipe cleaners
12" of tape
I changed the original rules for this a bit to make the goals a bit clearer and add criteria. I did keep the times the same. This is NOT a spontaneous problem - it is a team-builder and it introduces the engineering design process through action.
